The treatment of extruded profiles prior to flocking, printing, painting, coating is often necessary to achieve good wettability and maximize the adhesion properties of the coating to give a strong bond.
Surface Treatment of extruded profiles
Eliminate the need for expensive primers, hazardous chemical treatments or outdated abrasive brushing. Surface treatment is both efficient and cost effective without creating a threat to the environment. Each system is configured to suit individual customer requirements and is designed for treatment of conductive and non-conductive materials. The free-standing systems are self-contained and offer 360 degree treatment at high line speeds. Each system can be equipped with either Plasma nozzles, Corona discharge electrodes or a combination of both to suit individual customer requirements.
